Cactus Moon Collective is a Tampa-based creative company that brings people together through vibrant markets, community events, green spaces and brand storytelling.

Our founder, Crystal Desilet, spent 15 years in the corporate world as an event planner and brand manager, running national campaigns for brands like Tito’s Vodka, Rex Goliath Wines, Nabisco, Igloo, the Firestone Grand Prix, and more. While still in her corporate career, she launched Cactus Moon in 2016 as a side business, selling her plants and arrangements at local events and farmers markets.

Her passion for community events quickly grew, leading her to launch her own line of local markets in 2018. Recognizing she had more than enough expertise to go out on her own, Crystal left the corporate world to focus fully on her creative ventures. She officially founded her own events company, producing markets, private events, and brand activations across Tampa Bay.

In 2020, Crystal opened the beloved Cactus Moon plant shop in Seminole Heights — a magical space that was part retail store, part event venue, with an enchanted garden space where everyone was welcome. For four years, it served as a gathering place for community events, workshops, pop-ups, art & music, and small business showcases.

Today, Cactus Moon Collective brings together all of these roots. We produce markets throughout the city at breweries and unique venues, manage social media and content creation for local brands, and continue to offer plant staging, design, and maintenance services for homes and businesses. 

At the heart of everything we do is a passion for fostering community, supporting small businesses, and infusing creativity into everyday life. Whether you find us curating a lively market lineup, styling a cozy plant installation, or helping a brand share its story online — our goal is always the same: to create moments that bring people together.
